1. Ordering Process

Ordering a fine art print from Pure Print Gallery is simple. Browse our collections, select the size you prefer, and add it to your cart. Once you're ready, click the checkout button, and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

Can I place an order over the phone?
At this time, we only accept orders through our website to ensure accuracy and security in processing your order.


2. Shipping & Delivery

All limited edition prints are hand-signed and shipped with a Certificate of Authenticity. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, as each piece is carefully crafted and inspected before shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your print’s journey to your door.


3. Returns & Exchanges

Each print is made-to-order and signed, so all sales are final. However, if your print arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement.

Can I cancel my order?
We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order, as each piece is custom-printed specifically for you.

All limited edition prints from Pure Print Gallery are hand-signed, numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. This ensures that each print is unique, with only a limited number available. The certificate includes details such as the title of the artwork, edition number, and artist signature.

How do I know my print is authentic?
Each limited edition print is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity and features the artist's signature directly on the artwork.


5. Care Instructions

To ensure the longevity of your print, we recommend framing it behind UV-protected glass or acrylic. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight to prevent fading over time. For metal prints, you can gently wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth.

How should I hang my print?
We recommend using a professional framing service for your print to ensure it’s securely and beautifully displayed. If you choose to frame the piece yourself, be sure to use appropriate wall fixtures to support the size and weight of the print.


6. Payment & Security

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Your payment information is encrypted and processed securely through our payment gateway. Pure Print Gallery does not store any payment details.

Is my personal information safe?
Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal data during checkout.
